MIAMI – October 7, 2015 – Lynx Construction Management, an affiliate of The Lynx Companies, has been commissioned to complete new construction of Forest Cove apartments, a multi-family apartment development in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This latest project represents the latest milestone in Lynx’s exponential growth across the Southeast United States.
Project work for Forest Cove apartments will include all site development and utilities for the new 86,878 square-foot complex. The complex and its associated structures will consist of 3 multi-story buildings housing a total of 72 units, as well as parking garage space for 23 automobiles. Living facilities will consist of units of up to 3 bedrooms. Lynx will also build all site amenities, including a fountain, mail kiosks, an outdoor fireplace, landscape sidewalks, walkways and other common areas.
With the addition of several high-visibility projects in 2015 that range from private (Park Central Hotel and Suites construction and renovation and the expansion of the Baker Furniture showroom at the Design Center of the Americas [DCOTA]) to civic (the New Miami Dade County Animal Shelter and renovation, maintenance and infrastructure repair work for the Government Center of the City of Sunny Isles Beach), Lynx Construction Management continues to exponentially grow its portfolio of construction projects in South Florida, and the broader Southeast United States.
