Superior Team Qualifications
The accreditation and qualifications of the Lynx’s property management team has become a highly differentiated outcome of innovation in hiring practices. Lynx Property Managers are required to be certified by the Community Associations Institute (CAI). This ensures the highest educational preparation around the financial, regulatory and administrative concerns of property management.
While Community Association Manager (CAM) licenses are required of property managers by law in Florida, Lynx requires all its property managers to exceed that baseline through rigorous CAI certification.
